Hall & Kay successfully delivered a high-end sprinkler installation at 20 Carlton House Terrace, Central London, as part of a prestigious six-floor headquarters fit-out for one of the world’s largest companies. The project comprised four floors of premium office accommodation alongside two floors of bespoke client entertainment space, representing one of the most expensive fit-outs in central London.
The installation was supplied and installed to LPC Rules incorporating BS EN12845 and Regulations, meeting all client specification requirements and employers requirements.
Despite significant challenges, including the liquidation of the original main contractor ISG and a subsequent six-month shutdown, Hall & Kay demonstrated resilience and professionalism when Structure Tone assumed project responsibility. These qualities were instrumental in building an excellent client relationship and delivering this prestigious project to the highest standards.
The project was managed by our Project Manager, Jason, with a dedicated team of 10-12 operatives throughout the programme.
An award ceremony was held by Structure Tone to celebrate the successful completion of this landmark project where Hall & Kay picked up the ‘most proactive’ award.
